Rep. Green, you are right as usual. The Republicans still have too much control of the debate, however. For instance, it's been repeated on the cable-news shows (including on MSNBC) that Republican governors who opt out will drive the "poorest" to states that opt-in.

Put a lock on the GPS, with an automatic 911 call, on redial, when it's reported missing. Whoever tried to use the phone would be forced to call 911 multiple times and could explain to the police why they are in possession of a stolen phone.

Here's a simple suggestion to the insurance companies: stop paying for lobbyists. Stop paying for junkets for your CEOs. Stop paying for junkets to tropical islands for doctors and hospitals. Reduce the salaries of CEO's, CFO's, CIO's, etc., etc., etc.

If this stuff is coming due to the tides, then it is safe to say that Japanese stuff has been washing up on our West Coast for thousands of years.
